Henrik Malmgreen

My education: Odense Conservatory, Royal Danish Conservatory, and Malmö Conservatory with Søren Monrad, Ole Pedersen and Lennart Gruvstedt.

My favorite musical composition: Shostakovich symfoni nr 5, Sacre du Printemps, Tristan og Isolde, Romeo and Juliet (Prokofiev), and Tosca (among many others).

My greatest musical experience: Mahlers 6. symphony with the European Union Youth Orchestra and Bernard Haitink. Tristan and Isolde with the Kapel and Jiri Kout. Wozzeck with Michael Boder. Boheme with Anna Netrebko. The Ring Cycle.

My most memorable/funny/unusual experience in the Kapel: Our tour to New York in 2011.
