My education: The Royal Danish Conservatory with Milan Vitek. Further studies with Almitta and Roland Vamos at the Oberlin Conservatory as well as Professor Camilla Wicks in New Orleans, USA.

My favourite composition: The Symphonies of Sibelius and Puccini´s La Boheme.

My greatest musical experience: The Sonnings Prize with Simon Rattle at the DR Concert Hall in 2013.

My most memorable/funny/unusual experience in the Kapel: The tour to Oman with the Ballet in 2013 where the whole orchestra had to walk single file across the entire city of Muscat just to get a beer after the concert!

When I’m not playing in the Kapel: I am a mother of three as well as a lover of music, literature, and art. I also enjoy having an active chamber music life.
